Before you begin

Before updating your white labelling settings, make sure you have:

  • Your company logo.

  • Your primary brand colour (HEX code).

  • Your secondary brand colour (HEX code), if required.

  • The website you’d like customers to be redirected to after signing an agreement.

Step 1: Open your profile

Click your Profile icon in the top-right corner of the Waste Pricing Tool, then select View Active Profile.

Step 2: Enable Edit Mode

Use the toggle in the top-right corner to enable Edit Mode.

This allows you to update your white labelling settings.

Step 3: Update your branding

Complete or review the following fields:

  • Profile Name

Your profile name is automatically populated, but can be changed if necessary.

  • Signable Account Email

This email address is used by the integrated signing platform and is populated automatically.

  • Primary Brand Colour

Choose your primary brand colour using the colour picker or enter the HEX colour code manually.

  • Secondary Brand Colour

Select a secondary brand colour to complement your branding.

If you’re unsure, pick a neutral option that works well with your primary brand colour.

  • Signing Redirect URL

Enter the website you would like customers to be redirected to after signing an agreement.

This is typically your company homepage.

  • Company Logo

Upload your company logo.

For the best results, use a high-quality PNG or JPEG with minimal surrounding white space.

Step 4: Save your changes

Once you’ve finished updating your branding, disable Edit Mode to save your changes.

Your white labelling settings will now be applied automatically to future Quote PDFs and Agreement PDFs generated from this profile.

Troubleshooting

My logo has too much white space

If your logo doesn’t display correctly, crop any unnecessary white space from the image before uploading it again.

My brand colours don’t look right

Double-check that you’ve entered the correct HEX colour codes.

If you’re unsure of your brand colours, use the colour picker tool to identify the correct HEX values from your logo or brand guidelines.
